Accounting Staff
Our accounting department is professionally staffed with accountants to track all of your project costs and budgets. We are capable of monitoring all project expenditures and providing you with accurate and timely project financial statements. All accounting is performed in our home office in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
 
Contract Administration
We can process all of your project's reports ranging from work orders and short form contracts to writing major contract for large-scale projects.
 
Accounts Receivable
We can customize your invoicing through our in-house staff, including: manual invoicing, e-mail, electronic invoicing, and/or data transfer systems.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The knowledge and experience of the personnel in our right-of-way, survey, inspection and drafting departments, enables us to form project management teams to provide an expanded array of services to the pipeline industry. Whether you are constructing a meter station or cross country pipeline, we have the experience to manage your project.
 
With hands-on project management, our teams are capable of taking your projects from the feasibility and estimating stages through completion and as-built documentation.

RIGHT-OF-WAY
 
In today's pipeline environment, right-of-way concerns have become a real issue. Golden Field Services furnishes the right-of-way support necessary to secure the success of your projects either through our in-house staff or by working with your right-of-way department.
 
We can provide individuals versed in title search, right-of-way acquisition, permitting, lease agreements, right-of-entry agreements, and utility encroachment agreements.
 
Our right-of-way teams have acquired nationwide experience in dealing with individual landowners and governmental agencies. We have developed solid, working relationships with landowners and regulatory agencies. In developing these relationships, we can assure the timeliness of your projects, thereby allowing you to save money.
SURVEYING
 
We are dedicated to providing quality personnel to the pipeline industry and have assembled surveying teams with the experience and capabilities to cover all aspects of the pipeline industry.
 
Our survey teams are experienced in route selection, preliminary and as-built surveys, road, railroad, and river profiles, site specific, station and metering layout surveys, cover surveys, and anomaly staking.
 
In keeping step with technology, we offer a full range of services and methods of gathering and transmitting data. We utilize total station instruments, data collectors, and/or the Global Positioning System to provide you with accurate field information and to generate the appropriate style of mapping.
 
Our staff includes several Professional Registered Land Surveyors holding registration in multiple states, making it possible to porvide you with certified surveys of pipeline alignments and other related properties. We coordinate this work with our right-of-way department or with your own right-of-way group.
DRAFTING
 
Our drafting department works hand in hand with our Survey Department. Using the latest software available in our field, we deliver the highest standards possible for our clients. Whether you need hundreds of miles of pipeline or one station site, we are here to meet your needs.
 
Our drafting department can adapt to your company standards or other standards that are required for your project. If there are special requirements, such as file types, output formats, or any other requests, we will gladly meet these needs.
 
Our team can provide all types of mapping and overlay services to suit your individual needs. We can provide all preliminary, permit, plat, and as-built drawings needed to complete any size project. We are constantly striving to stay on the cutting edge of the technology available to our industry and, consequently, we pass on a superior product to you, our client.
INSPECTION
We have a well established inspection group made up of experienced and qualified pipeline personnel, including utility, craft, welding, hydrostatic testing, and environmental inspectors.
 
Key personnel for large and small projects can be provided. We have personnel qualified to serve in the capacity of chief inspector, chief welding inspector, chief materials clerk, chief environmental inspector and other senior positions. These individuals are available for short term or long term projects.
 
In addition to offering inspectors to our clients, we have experienced pipeline locators to aid in the protection of your existing facilities.
